MOLRECORD
About and method

A reference,
not a
recommendation.

MolRecord is a reference about peptide research, regulation and industry. It is written by one editor, carries no advertising and sells nothing.

Every entry cites its sources in full and labels each one: peer-reviewed paper, preprint, press release, regulatory document, registry record, conference abstract or news report. Topline results are labelled topline until the paper is out. Where sources disagree, the entry says so rather than picking a side.

Evidence labels

PRECLINICAL
Laboratory and animal studies only.
EARLY HUMAN
Small, uncontrolled or Phase I studies in people.
CONTROLLED TRIALS
Randomised, controlled trials, published or topline.
APPROVED INDICATION
Approved by a regulator for at least one use. The regulatory line is kept separate: evidence and legal status move independently.

House rules

  • Report what was done and what was found; say who paid for it.
  • Name sample sizes, durations and vote counts.
  • No dosing, no sourcing, no vendors, no affiliate links, no superlatives.
  • Corrections are added to the entry with a date; nothing is silently rewritten.

Schedule

The weekly record is published on Mondays. Compound records are reviewed quarterly and carry their review date. Topic primers are rewritten when the position changes.

Contact and corrections

Corrections and tips: contact address to be added. Please include the entry title and the source you are pointing to.

Follow and archive

Every published entry is in the RSS feed. Past issues are in the archive. The weekly email, where offered, is the only thing the site asks for.
