PolyPeptide Group, a Swiss contract developer and manufacturer of peptide active ingredients, announced on 31 August 2026 that Samsung Peptide AG had published the prospectus for a public tender offer for the company. On 2 October it published the invitation to an extraordinary general meeting of shareholders on 26 October 2026. [1]

Separately, Neuland Laboratories in Hyderabad is commissioning a new commercial peptide manufacturing facility in 2026, the first of four planned modules in a phased expansion. [2]

Both moves sit against demand for synthetic peptide manufacturing driven by the GLP-1 class, where supply constraints during 2022–2024 shaped the compounding debate recorded elsewhere in this record. [1][2]
